To welcome the weekend, I went hiking.

Mountain men go hiking even on business trips.

On my last business trip 6 months ago, I climbed Cerro de Silla, and on this business trip, I got to know his colleagues a bit.

He went to la espenzuela national park.

After hiking, the rule is to eat something delicious.

A co-worker helped me find a good restaurant to go to after the hike, and we went there together.

The name is <El Eden>. It seems to have been created with the Garden of Eden as its motto.

It seems like it was made by a huge capitalist. There are many works of art and the interior is impressive.

El Eden, built in a large warehouse-like place, is a great brunch restaurant.

According to them, it is a Desayuno (breakfast) restaurant, and you can only order brunch until 13:00.

Even at a slightly late hour, close to 13:00, there were many people and there was a wait.

Feels like a large warehouse. The parking lot is spacious. It’s very hot.

Flower pots are also sold.. Just park, find the entrance, and enter.

The price range is detailed in the photo below, but if you order drinks and a meal, brunch costs around 400 to 500 pesos.

For dinner, think about twice that much.

At the entrance, green grass is sold. sell flowers. The price is quite expensive.

They also sell flower pots. There are many works of art. Only places that sell props have air conditioning.

Other than that, it’s muggy, but there’s a large fan so it doesn’t feel too hot.

It was nice that the table space was wide. It feels like a great brunch restaurant.

There are several types of enchiladas. I don’t remember if there were tomatoes, mole, Swissa (green sauce), or friloles beans.

We ordered all three except the frijol flavor. It would have been better if the mole was a little thicker.

You can choose between cheese and chicken breast for the contents.

Enchiladas are made by rolling up a tortilla, putting cheese or chicken breast inside, and pouring sauce over it.

It is authentic Mexican food. Tortillas use corn tortillas (no option)

This is actually a chilaquile restaurant. Chilaquiles are the same as the enchiladas mentioned above, but are slightly different.

Pour the sauce over the fried tortillas. Also, it is eaten with crema or chicken breast, which Mexican people like, and has a very nice crispy texture. However, since it is fried in oil, it is very high in calories.

Enchiladas are not low in calories, but they feel like they are full of oil, so I don’t eat them often. (Personal opinion)

There was a variety of drinks, ranging from healthy juices to unhealthy juices, which was nice.

I plan to visit again and try eggs benedict.
